Return Policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with the product you've purchased from us, we're here to help. We offer a full refund within 15 days of the date you received your product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@super-omy.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have an issue with your product, please refer to our return policy above.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs follow the shipment options (local and international) stipulated below, and is calculated based on the value of the refunded items.

Exceptions

Please note that our return policy does not cover clearance items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
